Tutorial Fees

• S$20* per child for individual class 
• S$15* per child for group class (2 to 6 children)
• S$10* per child for individual or group class at teacher's home (Yishun) - weekends only

• Deposit (full class fee) is required and receipt of this fund serves as confirmation of engaging our service**.

• Clay Art Fun reserves the right to reject any service** request without providing any reason. 

Postponement

• Postponement request by customer must be given via Facebook message (Clay Art Fun & Gift Page) or email (sendclayartfun@gmail.com) at least 3 days in advance (excluding the day of class) and successfully acknowledged by Clay Art Fun. Full deposit will be forfeited in the event that a new date could not be compromised within 3 months from the original agreed date.

• Clay Art Fun reserves the right to postpone the tutorial at any time. We aim to notify customers at least 3 days in advance.

Example: Saturday (6 Aug) is the tutorial day, notice of postponement must be given and acknowledged by Clay Art Fun latest on Wednesday (3 Aug).

Cancellation

• Cancellation request by customer must be given via Facebook message (Clay Art Fun & Gift Page) or email (sendclayartfun@gmail.com) at least 3 days in advance (excluding the day of class) and successfully acknowledged by Clay Art Fun, where % deposit will be refunded. Otherwise, full deposit will be forfeited.

• Clay Art Fun reserves the right to cancel the tutorial at any time and shall refund the full deposit upon cancellation. We aim to notify customers at least 3 days in advance.

Example: Saturday (6 Aug) is the tutorial day, notice of cancellation must be given and acknowledged by Clay Art Fun latest on Wednesday (3 Aug).

• Deposit payment via bank funds transfer only.

Note: No partial or full refund request will be acceded.
